Full Description

Begin your tour by being picked up from your hotel or accommodation in Santo Domingo at approximately 5:30 am. Drive to the port at Sabana de la Mar where you board a comfortable boat. As you cruise along the coast, your guide will point out whales—as they migrate each year—and other marine life from the boat. After this exciting whale-watching segment, you’ll arrive at Cayo Levantado Island. Enjoy a typical Dominican lunch featuring local foods, then spend free time walking along the beach, playing volleyball, relaxing in the shade or simply soaking up the sun. Around 4:30 pm you’ll return by boat to Sabana de la Mar and then be driven back to Santo Domingo.
