The adventure begins with pickup in Puerto Plata and a scenic drive into the countryside toward Imbert where the waterfalls await. Upon arrival you’ll be fitted with a helmet and life-jacket, then set off on a moderate uphill hike through rainforest trails until you reach the first of the cascades. From here the fun begins: jump from rock ledges, slide down natural water-slides and swim through the series of falls carved in limestone. Whether you choose a shorter 7-falls route or push on to 12 or even 27 falls (depending on season and your energy) the experience gets your heart pumping and your spirit soaring. After the descent you’ll return to the meeting point and be transported back, with memories of nature, adrenaline and refreshing water in hand.
